• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• Your content does not contain harmful or malicious code

Start-up Listings

Start-up founders are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Connections and Communications

startupcrew facilitates connections between talents, investors, and start-ups. We are not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or relationships formed through the platform. All such arrangements are solely between the parties involved.

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by startupcrew and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the platform will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

Termination
